Custom and personalized orders

Sizing details

All of our signs are handmade and sizing may vary a half inch in either direction. We take great care in making quality signs.

Can you do a different color (wording or background) on your sign?

At this time we only have the color options available at checkout.

Handmade signs

Each sign is handmade in our shop. The nature of wood can be knotty and can cause the paint and stain to look different. Every sign is unique and cannot be exactly duplicated. We always carefully check the wood for our signs and make sure it is the best quality. However, we do think the knots and imperfections are what gives the signs character.

Sign damaged in delivery

Your sign will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. If there is damage to your sign, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that you send us pictures of the damage, as well as the packaging. We will replace the sign at no extra cost if we receive the requested pictures. We can not replace your sign if we are not contacted within 3 days of delivery.

Will I get a proof of my custom order before it ships?

Yes! We will send up to 3 proofs for you to look at and approve through Etsy messages. We do have an automatic approval process if we do not hear back from you in 48 hours after the proof is sent.

Need address changed after ordered

Please message us within 24 hours of purchase to change the shipping address. If we receive a message after that time, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with the change. If a package is marked return to sender we will not do a refund and buyer is responsible for addition shipping charges to receive their package.

Cancelation FAQ

Orders need to be cancelled within an hour of purchase for 100% refund.

For custom orders, a 75% refund can be given within 48 hours of purchase as long as a design was not previously approved.

We cannot refund a custom order that has been approved and shipped.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns on custom signs.

Buyer must cover return shipping on Scripture Cards, Gift Boxes and Non-Custom Wood Signs. A restocking fee may apply.
